Meet Rachel Niclair
Rachel’s love of Yoga began about 12 years ago. After experiencing Yoga’s transformational effects in her life, she felt inspired to share with others the clarity, peace of mind and connection to health she had found through the practice.
In 2016 Rachel was introduced to Ayurveda (The sister science of Yoga) and began her journey to become an Ayurvedic practitioner. With a strong focus on listening to natures wisdom, and allowing the bodies innate intelligence to lead the healing process, it resonated strongly with her.
Rachel now devotes her time to practising and teaching yoga as well as working as a Ayurvedic Therapist. The wisdom and knowledge she derived from her trainings and experiences are infused within her Yoga teaching.
In early 2020, Rachel saw the need to get Yoga to those who may not traditionally travel to a studio, or have some trepidation about starting to practice Yoga. By creating IYO (Interactive Yoga Online), she founded the platform to offer students the ability to get into the practice of Yoga from any location, while keeping the benefits of a live studio class, where the teacher and students can interact.
Rachel’s aim for all of the classes at IYO is to offer a safe space, where you feel held and empowered to drop into a deep connection with yourself, while your teacher can personally guide your journey.
